Our products have a three year warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep your purchase receipt or order number or bank statement for warranty purposes. Warranty applies to possible manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the jewellery in use such as scratches. Warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage such as shocks or dropping or losing the ring. We are not responsible for any damage caused by a third party repair. Warranty is no longer valid if the jewellery has been altered or repaired by a third party, e.g. Resizing. If you notice a fault or would like to make changes to the jewellery, please contact us.

Although gold is a durable material, jewellery should be treated with care. We recommend taking rings off when swimming, going to the gym or gardening, for example. We also recommend that you have your diamond's claw setting checked every few years. To protect your jewellery in case of damage, and especially with larger diamond pieces, you may want to consider insuring your jewellery through an insurance company.

To be covered by the warranty, the defect must have been established at the time of manufacture and a copy of the purchase receipt must show that no more than three years have passed since the product was purchased. Always remember to keep the receipts, as they serve as proof of the warranty in the event of a claim. Product defects and manufacturing faults include, for example, casting defects and defective soldering. Stones that have fallen out are not covered by the warranty if the jewellery shows clearly visible signs of knocks or bending. All our jewellery is handmade and there may be very small differences, which are not defects, between pieces.
