Resizing

RESIZING

• We offer one complementary resizing within six months of purchase of the ring. For white gold rings, this includes re-plating with rhodium. Please note that the complimentary resizing does not apply to discounted or engraved products. 

• Any additional resizing work, including resizing engraved or discounted products, is subject to the following additional charges: yellow gold rings EUR 80 and white gold rings EUR 100, white gold rings need to be re-plated with rhodium. 

• Resizing takes about 7 working days.

• Full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be exchanged.

• Rings with side stones can be adjusted up to half a size. If the required size is larger, the product must be exchanged for a new one. We can exchange an unworn product in its purchase condition within 30 days. 

• If you would like to resize your ring, please contact our customer service team with your order number: hello@macorjewellery.com. We will give you instructions for delivering the ring to us.

• The customer is responsible for the postal delivery of their product(s) and the associated postal charges when ordering a resizing.
