Whether you wish to modify a design from our signature collections or bring an entirely custom sketch to life, the Macor Atelier allows you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that tells your unique story.
Bespoke Designs
Let’s design a piece of jewellery that reflects your personal style, your story, and what matters most to you. From timeless classics to modern designs, we work closely with you to create something as meaningful as it is beautiful, finished with the Macor touch. Each bespoke piece is handcrafted using high-quality lab-grown diamonds and recycled 14K or 18K yellow or white gold, or platinum.
How it works
Step 1: Consultation at the Macor Showroom
Every bespoke design process begins with an appointment at our showroom. During your consultation, we will discuss your design ideas, preferred materials, budget, and any recommendations for your piece.
Step 2: Design & Craftsmanship
We will create and present design sketches for your approval. Once the design has been approved, a partial prepayment is required before production begins.
Your jewellery will then be handcrafted by our skilled goldsmiths using carefully selected materials. Production time is typically around 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials.
Step 3: Completion & Delivery
Your jewellery will undergo a final quality inspection before being beautifully packaged and dispatched to you. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your piece has been sent. You are also welcome to collect your jewellery from our Helsinki showroom.
Frequently Asked Questions
A customised design is a small adjustment to an existing Macor piece, such as a wider band, additional stones, or a change of material.
A bespoke design is created from an original idea, a sketch, or a design that requires more significant changes.
Our customer service team will be happy to guide you and let you know whether your request is considered a small customisation or a complete bespoke design project.
We work with high-quality lab-grown diamonds and coloured lab-grown diamonds from our trusted suppliers. Occasionally, we might be able to source other lab-grown gemstones of your preference.
As bespoke and customised pieces are made especially for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
