Showroom Associate (part-time, 2-3 days per week)

We are looking for a new team member to join us as a Showroom Associate. In this part-time role (2–3 days per week), your main responsibility will be customer service, both online and in our showroom. You should have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience in the jewellery industry is not required, but considered as advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and presenting jewellery during private appointments
• Providing customer service via email and phone
• Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom
• Packing and shipping online store orders
• Handling showroom administrative tasks, including supply orders and inventory management
• Assisting with newsletter creation
• Assisting with social media tasks

We expect you to have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with guidance
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• The ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Social media skills are a plus, with the opportunity to get involved if interested
