Delivery

The delivery time for custom-made jewellery is mentioned separately on the relevant product page. For all other products, the delivery times are as follows:

FINLAND 

Postal parcel: EUR 0, 2–4 working days

Free delivery to your nearest Posti Parcel Point. You can choose to receive a SMS and/or email notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for collection.

Click and collect in-store: EUR 0, 1–3 working days

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Our showroom is open Mon to Fri 10am–6pm by appointment. Our customer service will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Home delivery EUR 11, 3–5 working days

Home delivery 3–5 working days for evening delivery at an agreed time by 9:00 p.m. Posti will contact you to arrange a time that suits you and if you are not available, the item will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for collection. 

Home delivery: EUR 11, 3–5 working days for an evening delivery at an agreed time before 9pm. Posti will contact you to arrange a time that suits you. If you are not available, the item will be delivered to your nearest Posti for collection.

EUROPE 

DHL Express; EUR 0, 2–5 working days, climate-compensated shipping

DHL will contact you with the delivery time and any alternative delivery times or collection points in your area. Recipients of shipments are required to sign for them.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and other country-specific taxes related to deliveries.

Made-to-order products   

We manufacture products in small quantities, with some items made-to-order. For these products, the delivery times vary and are stated separately in the product description. Once the product is available, it is sent to the customer.

If an order includes both made-to-order products and in-stock products, we send these separately.   

Made-to-order products are processed in the same way as standard orders and payment is taken from your account when you place your order. These products have standard return terms.

Customised products

If your product is customised, such as a wider band or additional side stones, the delivery time is 4 weeks.
