Delivery

The delivery time for made to order and customised jewellery is mentioned separately on the relevant product page. 

For all other products, the delivery times are as follows (excluding red days):

FINLAND 

Postal parcel: EUR 0, 2–5 working days

Free delivery to your nearest Posti Parcel Point. You can choose to receive a SMS and/or email notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for collection.

Click and collect in-store: EUR 0, 1–3 working days

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. 

Home delivery - DHL express - EUR 0, 2-5 working days

DHL will contact you to arrange a time that suits you and if you are not available, the item will be delivered to the nearest collection. 

EUROPE 

DHL Express; EUR 0, 2–5 working days, climate-compensated shipping

DHL will contact you with the delivery time and any alternative delivery times or collection points in your area. 

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and other country-specific taxes related to deliveries.

Made-to-order products   

We manufacture products in small quantities, with some items made-to-order. For these products, the delivery times vary and are stated separately in the product description. Once the product is available, it is sent to the customer.

If an order includes both made-to-order products and in-stock products, we send these separately.   

Customised products

If your product is customised, such as a wider band or additional side stones, the delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
