Returns and exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your product.
  • Engraved items or customised products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • All pieces must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. 
  • If you received an IGI diamond certificate, this must be returned with the product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

How to return a product

  1. Request a return label by email: hello@macorjewellery.com or log in to your account and request a refund for the product you want. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been approved. We will then send you a return label and instructions. 
  3. Pack the products in their original packaging. If the package came with an IGI certificate, return this as well.

Once we have accepted the return request, the product must be returned within 14 days. If necessary, it is the customer's responsibility to prove that the product has been returned within the time limit, for example with a postage receipt.

THE REST OF EUROPE

EUR 25, this amount will be deducted from the total purchase price.

Processing your return 

We inspect all returned products when we receive them. Once a refund is approved, we will refund the original purchase price to the card or account used to make the original payment. We process refunds within approximately three days of receiving a request, but it may take 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in the customer's account. Additional fees may be applied if the returned product is damaged (this charge will be deducted from the return price.)

Unclaimed deliveries

There will be a EUR 30 charge for all associated fees related to return delivery and handling costs for unclaimed parcels. This fee will be deducted from the order return price.
