Returns and Exchanges

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Made-to-order & ready-in-stock products: can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Bespoke, engraved and otherwise customised jewellery: cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition of returned products: all products must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • IGI diamond certificate: if your order included an IGI diamond certificate, the original certificate must also be returned with the product.

Return fees

  • Returns within Finland - Free of charge
  • Returns from other countries: A €30 return shipping fee applies. We will provide the return shipping label, and the €30 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

How to Return a Product

  1. Submit a return request through your customer account or contact our Customer Care team at care@macorjewellery.com.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email together with a return shipping label and return instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. If your order included an IGI diamond certificate, please include the original certificate in the return package.

  4. Once your return request has been approved, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days. If necessary, it is the customer's responsibility to provide proof that the return was shipped within this period.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you when the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

For returns from outside Finland, the €30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unclaimed Deliveries

There will be a EUR 30 charge for all associated fees related to return delivery and handling costs for unclaimed parcels. This fee will be deducted from the order return price.
