A customised design is a small adjustment to an existing Macor piece, such as a wider band, additional stones, or a change of material.

A bespoke design is created from an original idea, a sketch, or a design that requires more significant changes.

Our customer service team will be happy to guide you and let you know whether your request is considered a small customisation or a complete bespoke design project.

We work with high-quality lab-grown diamonds and coloured lab-grown diamonds from our trusted suppliers. Please note that we do not work with customers’ own stones or natural diamonds.

As bespoke and customised pieces are made especially for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
